ABOUT ME
Hey there, I'm Abby!
​
I am a photographer and writer in the Greater Boston Area with 10+ years of experience.​ My artistic style focuses closely on human connection and candid family interaction. Whether I am running around a field photographing a toddler, or conducting professional headshots at a conference, clients find my approachable and professional.
​
Past experience in events and marketing has given me the opportunity to work with a diverse variety of organizations. From copy writing and design to event planning and execution, I thrive on content creation and organizational communication.
WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO
​My photography career started in high school with a film camera gifted to me by a family friend. What initially began as a hobby, quickly bloomed into a lifelong passion. Hand-in-hand with my love for writing, I embraced the journey of becoming a storyteller in all facets.
I knew that reading, writing, and content creation would be the basis of my career, but ​I found a way to sneak my photography skills into every job I ever held: launching my undergrad institution's original Instagram account, offering product photography during my time in public relations, and photographing on-campus events and staff headshots during my time at Harvard.

I have a love for capturing memories––the messier the better. From drooly babies and sticky fingered toddlers, to goofy pre-teens and moody teenagers, it's a blessing to watch their personalities bloom in every image. Authenticity is my main goal when photographing each family.
​
At events, I come alive. Photos are the single instance in life when you get to keep a memory after the event is done. I am personally invested in your special day, whether it's a professional conference, a spur of the moment elopement, or a tiara-wearing-giraffe-themed 5 year old's birthday party (true story!). With past of experience in event management, I bring a level of calm, can-do-it attitude to any amount of chaos that may arise.​​
